The Trade Free Pro plan is best suited for traders as well as investors for the following reasons:-

• Equity Intraday: ₹0 per order for the first 30 days from account opening. Thereafter, ₹10 per order or 0.05% per executed order, whichever is lower. Rs.10 per order across all other segments
• Stock Delivery: ₹0 delivery charges for the first 30 days. 0.10% thereafter
• All carry-forward and Intraday F&O, Commodity & Currency trades : Rs.10 flat per order

The Trade Free Pro plan is currently available for Resident Indians (Individuals) and Non - Individuals except the following categories:-

1. Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers
2. Franchisee Clients

For existing customers, the steps are as follows:-

• Through Neo app and Website : Login > Visit Profile section > Account details > Explore brokerage plans> Select Trade Free Pro > Click on Proceed with Trade Free Pro > Click on Subscribe now> Click on confirm for successful Subscription

• Through Kotak Stock trader app or through our website Login > Visit ‘More’ section > Click on ‘Plans & Subscriptions” > Click on “Trade Free Pro Plan” > Click on Subscribe Now > Click on confirm for successful subscription In case of any concerns, you can reach out to our customer service desk at 1800-209-9191.

The charges are ₹249 + GST per month.

The subscription charges will be debited on a monthly basis from your trading account ledger post successful subscription of the plan.

Yes. The subscription will be auto renewed on a monthly basis.

In order to unsubscribe, we request you to reach out to our Customer service desk at 1800-209-9191. If you wish to subscribe to any other digital brokerage plans i.e. Trade Free or Trade Free Youth, you may subscribe to any of these and on successful subscription, your Trade Free Pro plan shall be automatically de-activated/unsubscribed.

The charges would be Rs.50+GST for every cheque deposit/withdrawal

A dealer assisted trade is one in which a Kotak Neo representative places a trade order on behalf of a client as per his/her instructions. This would incur an additional fee as follows:-

• If one side (either buy or sell) of an Intraday trade is placed by a client and 2nd through a dealer : Rs.59 will be charged on the order placed by a dealer
• If both side (buy and sell) of Intraday trades placed by a dealer : Rs.98 will be charged (i.e. Rs. 49 on each leg)
• If one side or both side delivery trades placed by a dealer : Rs.49 on each transaction (i.e. buy or sell)
• If position liquidated by risk team : Rs.49 per order

Please note the charges will not exceed the 2.5% maximum regulatory/ exchange allowed capping.

• If a position is liquidated by the RMS in case of margin or debtors shortfall (Equity F&O only), additional charge of Rs.100 per executed order will be charged over and above the brokerage and the system square off charges (Subject to maximum of 2.5% regulatory allowed brokerage).

These charges are waived off w.e.f. 1st April, 2025

The Plan will be activated within 2 working days after successful subscription.

Subscription fee are charged on a monthly basis from the date you subscribe to Trade Free Pro. Let’s say, you subscribed to Trade Free Pro on 15th of Nov , your next billing will be after 30 days i.e. 15th of December.

Enjoy ₹0 brokerage on Equity Delivery and Intraday trades for the first 30 days from account opening. The offer is applicable only for new DIY account openings. After 30 days, Equity Delivery is charged at 0.10%, and Equity Intraday at ₹10 per order or 0.05% per executed order (whichever is lower).
